Energy Meditation

Introduction - Connecting with Energy:

When we connect with energy it has a certain feel to it. For one thing it's like nothing we have felt before. It flows, has movement, a life force of its own. We can visualize a golden color when we connect with it. We can feel what it does to our senses: it increases them. And it expands our awareness and consciousness. There are many vibrations and frequencies that we can connect with. The higher ones are pure, clear in appearance and offer extreme balance and clarity. We can ride the waves of the flow of energy. Some are more intense, some subtle, all are perfect in design. There is no chaos, only flow and balance. We can touch this energy with our own. Send our energy to it and join with what we touch. We can direct it, send or receive. And if we are really good at it, we can change it. This is called working with energy. One changes the structure of energy with an innate ability. This ability must be developed first though because everything follows certain principles or laws. This is the basis of Creation itself. And its birth.

Establishing a Point of Focus:

Focus is very important in meditation. If you have no starting point you will be lost in the direction that you want to go in your meditation. I recommend establishing a focus first before beginning a meditation practice.

Begin by entering a relaxed and quite state. If you have problems with quieting the mind, allow the mind to have its thoughts but release them as they come up. Don't hold on to them or resist them coming: simply acknowledge and release them. If you really have a problem quieting the mind, then order it to silence each time it has a thought. This will be more forceful but be careful not to let this become your point of focus.

Focus on the point between your eyes: The Third Eye. This will become your point of focus. Do this 20mins a day for two weeks. Nothing else. At the end of two weeks, your point of focus will be established.

The Energy Meditation:

Enter into your meditation state. This can be any form or method of meditation as long as your body is relaxed, your mind is clear and focused. Do the following exercise daily if possible; no more than 20 minutes is required after entering meditation state. (You may do longer if you wish.) A word of caution: During the first week or so, you may be able to do only the first step. Accomplish each step before you move on to the next. If you haven't reached the level to know what energy feels like then you cannot continue to the next step, because you will have no point reference and therefore the exercises will do you no good.

  1. Begin to sense the energies around you. Energy is everywhere. Open up your senses to the energy. Be with it, watch it flow, see how it moves, how it feels, what it looks like, sounds like, tastes even. Expand this awareness to encompass the whole world. Then the universe itself.

  2. Once you are able to get a sense of what energy feels like, bring it into you body. Bring it either through your crown Chakra (the top of your head) or through your heart Chakra (the heart). Allow the energy to flow through your body (flow is very important with energy). Bring it all the way down through your body and run it into the center of the earth. Focus on keeping the flow going.

  3. Notice what the energy is doing to your body. Is your body hot, does it tingle, do you notice a vibration? Become aware of how your body is sensing the energy. See how the energy moves through your body, where it goes. Begin to direct it to parts of your body that you feel it is not going too. Just imagine pushing the energy where you want it to go.

  4. Run the energy through your 7 main Chakras. Start with the crown Chakra and continue down to the base Chakra. Visualize what this looks like. Visual what your Chakras look like and how they change when you run energy through them. Try to keep running the energy evenly through your Chakras.

  5. Reach up to the Universe and bring white light into your body. Bring it through the crown Chakra and run it down through the base Chakra. Visualize it illuminating the inside of your body. (This is for cleansing and healing; this is important for energy work.) Flood your body with this white light, then visualize this light seeping out of your body like a mist.

  6. Start to visualize what colored energy looks like. The colors that you will be using are gold, blue, green, and purple. These are more than 3rd dimensional colors. They look different than what we have here in this dimension. They are vibrant, they have depth, and different levels of tones. They sparkle, they are not dense and heavy. Then bring one color through your body. Pick only one for each day. Bring it through your crown Chakra and run it down to your base Chakra. When using colors do not flood them through your body. You only run colors through your Chakras. Notice how each color feels: what it does to your body and Chakras. See what it looks like, how this type of energy moves. Really get to know these colors through your senses.

  7. Focus on the universe and begin to sense the different energies present. Energy is all the same but it also has its own frequency and vibration. Learn to separate how each one feels. How it moves and flows. This is learning how to indentify energy signatures. You do this by sensing the energy. (I am going to give you some names of beings. I want you to sense their energy. These are beings that are no longer in embodiment, they finished the life process a long time ago. I just want you to feel their energy and learn how each one is different. These beings are completely safe and I am in contact with them all the time.) Focus on the name Seripas Bey. Learn to search the energy in the Universe for this being. Use your senses, its a little like flipping through a book, you will stop when you reach the correct energy signature for this being. Notice how this beings energy feels. Don't bring in the energy, just touch it, sense it. Focus on this being. Then focus on the name Vywamus. Search for this eneregy signature in the universe until you feel that you have connected with this being. Again, notice how this energy feels, notice how it is different from Serapis Bey. Learn to distiquish between the two.

 




 

Working With Energy:

For this next part of these exercises it is beneficial to have at least of a basic understanding of what the Chakras look like and how they function. Any type of New Age bookstore will have books on Chakras. It is important to know how to visualize the charkas and their placement for this excercise. This does not require a great deal of study. Just become familiar with them. The following exercises should be done for a minimum of 30mins at least 3 times a week. They can be done daily if you wish. And if you are able, its best to do these exercise lying down on your back.

Enter into your meditation state. Be sure that you are focused. Reach out to the Universe and bring golden energy into your body. Focus the energy onto your crown Chakra. Watch it illuminate your Chakra. Focus on expanding this Chakra in size and increasing the amount of energy in it. Hold it like that for a couple of minutes then release the energy out of it. (This accomplishes two things: It helps you to learn to control and work with energy, and with your Chakras. And it clears the Chakras, thereby healing them. It is necessary when you begin to work with energy to have the Chakras clear and running freely) Then move on to the next Chakra: the third eye. Bring golden energy into the third eye. Focus it there and expand the Chakra to hold more energy. Hold the energy for a couple of minutes, then release it. Let the energy go. Continue on through the remaining five main Chakras until you reach the base Chakra. Then take the golden energy and flood it through all the Chakras at once and hold it for a few minutes.

If you are not able to get through all the Chakras in one sitting you can continue on through them in the next sitting. Do this until you can send energy through each of them in one sitting. You can hold the energy as long as you want through all the Chakras but just don't go overboard. Work on this until you are comfortable with it and can run and visualize the energy running through the Chakras with no hindrance. This is a valuable exercise to do now and in the future to keep the Chakras clear and free of blocks. And its very beneficial for the body.

Working With Colored Energy:

The following exercise is like the previous but this time you are running colored energy through the Chakras. The colors to be used are gold, blue, purple, and green. Each color has a purpose but for now you are going to learn to visualize and bring the color in. Only one color during each session should be used. Learn to work with the colors separately first. This is very important. It would not be good to mix the colors at this time because you would not be able to distinguish their effect on your energy and your physical body.

Take one color at a time beginning with the Crown Chakra and working down to the base. Holding and expanding each Chakra, flood this one color through all the Chakras and hold it. This exercise should take no more than 30 minutes.

After working with the Chakras for a period of time until you are comfortable with this process, it would be beneficial to go back and work with the previous exercises again at the beginning of this page. You should notice a marked improvement in sensing and bringing in energy.
